Senior Manager

The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, management, and growth of the beauty clinic. This includes managing a team of professionals, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the clinics profitability.

The role demands leadership, strategic thinking, and an in-depth understanding of beauty treatments and trends, along with the ability to effectively run a business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and enforce clinic policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.
• Monitor clinic inventory and supply levels; ensure timely ordering and stock management.
• Ensure the clinic is clean, safe, and aesthetically appealing, maintaining a welcoming environment for clients.
• Ensure that AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts) are in place for all instruments and machines, as required, and that they are maintained in optimal condition. Regular cleaning and preventive maintenance should be carried out as needed.
• Responsible for ensuring that the software operates at its optimum capacity.

Client Relationship Management:

• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to all clients.
• Handle client complaints, concerns, and queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Develop and implement strategies to build long-term client relationships and loyalty.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of client satisfaction surveys and follow-up protocols.
• Promote a personalized and high-quality experience to all clients.

Treatment & Service Offering:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty treatments, technologies, and trends.
• Oversee the quality and consistency of services offered in the clinic, ensuring they meet or exceed industry standards.
• Regularly assess and improve service offerings to keep the clinic competitive and innovative.
• Ensure all beauty treatments and services comply with health and safety regulations.
• Keep up with industry regulations, hygiene standards, and legal requirements in the beauty sector.
• Handle medical and cosmetic procedures following proper medical and ethical guidelines if applicable.

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead and manage the clinics staff, including beauty therapists, receptionist, Sales and support staff.
• Ensure all staff are well-trained and provide exceptional customer service.
• Foster a positive, motivating work environment and culture that encourages high performance.
• Provide feedback and professional development opportunities to staff.
• Recruit, hire, and on board new team members as needed.

Business Development:

• Promote new beauty treatments, packages, and products to attract and retain clients.
• Build and maintain partnerships influencers and organizations to enhance clinic visibility.
• Monitor local and global beauty trends and adjust the clinic's offerings accordingly.
• Prepare and present regular reports on clinic performance, including financials, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
• Develop and manage the clinic's budget, ensuring financial goals are met. - Accountable for the profitability and bottom line
• Accountable to set the goal and target and work out strategy
• Work as a team and motivate and train all the concerned from time to time – team building/team culture
• Monitor clinic revenue and expenses; identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Handle pricing strategies for treatments and services to remain competitive in the market.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, and payment collections.

Analyze financial reports and develop strategies to improve financial performance.
