Experience:

2 to 7 Years (Mandatory experience in Collections & BPO Sector)

Qualification:

Graduate / Undergraduate

Key Responsibilities:

Mandatory Skills:

  • Team Handling Experience in a BPO collections process
  • Strong understanding of Bucket 0 to X collections
  • Proficient in Dialer Management (Predictive/Manual)
  • Solid knowledge of KRA/KPI metrics
  • Ability to handle Attrition & Shrinkage challenges
  • Drive collection performance to achieve team targets (KRA/KPI based).
  • Manage daily operations with a focus on productivity, quality, and compliance.
  • Manage dialer operations and ensure efficient call flow and campaign performance.
