Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated PLC Programmer to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for PLC logic development, commissioning, testing, and on-site support for industrial automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs for automation applications
  • Work with Siemens, Delta, Allen Bradley, and Mitsubishi PLCs
  • Integrate PLCs with drives, sensors, and HMIs
  • Support commissioning and field service activities
  • Coordinate with design and testing teams for system validation
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of ladder logic and automation systems
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
  • Experience: 16 years (Freshers with hands-on training also welcome)
  • Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering

Compensation: LPA (based on experience & performance)

Location: On-site at Hinjewadi, Pune
