The Site Engineer - Corridor 1 will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site activities for metro projects, ensuring the execution aligns with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The role demands strong technical expertise, effective coordination skills, and a focus on safety and compliance.

Job Duties:

1. Site Supervision:

   • Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities for Corridor 1 of the metro project.
   • Ensure all work is executed as per approved designs, drawings, and specifications.
   • Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines.

2. Quality Assurance:

   • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
   • Identify and address any quality issues or deviations from the approved plans.

3. Coordination & Communication:

   • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of work.
   • Act as the primary on-site point of contact for resolving technical and operational issues.

4. Safety & Compliance:

   • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on-site.
   • Conduct safety briefings and ensure workers are equipped with the necessary safety gear.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

   • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports, material usage, and manpower deployment.
   • Report any delays, risks, or issues to the project management team promptly.

6. Problem-Solving:

   • Address and resolve on-site challenges, including technical issues and resource constraints.
   • Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures.

• Graduate degree in Engineering (Civil, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields).

• Minimum 6 years of total professional experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in metro projects.
