Job Description:

Fabric Sourcing and Procurement:
- Identify and select fabric suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring favorable pricing and terms.
- Oversee the entire fabric sourcing process, from sample development to bulk production.
- Manage fabric inventory and ensure sufficient stock to meet production demands.
Production Management:
- Plan and manage fabric production processes, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
- Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions to address any issues.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., design, sales) to ensure fabric needs are met.
Quality Control:
- Establish and maintain quality control standards for fabrics.
- Conduct regular fabric inspections and testing to ensure compliance with standards.
- Address and resolve any quality issues that arise.
Supplier Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with fabric suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action as needed.
- Onboard new suppliers and ensure they meet the company's standards.
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of fabric sourcing, production, and quality control personnel.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Cost Control:
- Manage fabric costs and ensure profitability
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
