Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Planning and Controlling Manager located in Ludhiana. The manager will be responsible for overseeing daily production schedules, coordinating production planning activities, and ensuring that production processes run efficiently. Key responsibilities include analyzing production data, planning and organizing production workflows, and maintaining effective communication with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Production Planning, Organizing Production Workflows, and Production Schedules
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • 8+ years of experience in the textile industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems, particularly SAP ERP
