What You'll Do

We are looking for a highly skilled
SEO Team Lead
who can drive our organic growth strategy using modern, AI-driven methodologies. The ideal candidate must possess deep knowledge of Google's evolving algorithms, SGE (Search Generative Experience), technical SEO, content optimization, and data tracking and analytics . You will lead the SEO team, manage client/brand visibility, and implement conversion-focused strategies to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute AI-driven SEO strategies with strong focus on SGE readiness.
  2. Monitor Google algorithm updates and ensure timely SEO improvements.
  3. Oversee technical SEO, on-page optimization, and site audits.
  4. Drive conversion-focused SEO to increase leads and revenue.
  5. Manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) and brand SERP visibility.
  6. Lead SEO reporting using GA4, GSC, and industry-standard tools.
  7. Guide content team with SEO-optimized content, prompts, and strategy.
  8. Plan and manage high-quality backlink building and authority campaigns.
  9. Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to deliver measurable results.
