1.Carrying out Incoming, In-process & Final Inspection as per the sampling plan.

2.Maintaining records of Incoming, In-process & Final Inspection.

3.Carrying out process audits as per defined control plan.

4.Ensure timely calibration of monitoring & measuring instruments.

5.To identify non-conformities and raise NCR.

6.To ensure timely corrective actions on non-conformity identified are taken.

7.Maintaining 5S & Safety on shop-floor.

8.Incoming inspection of filler weight.

9.Conduct supplier process audit as per audit plan.

  1. Handle the quality management system documents and be part of audits

  2. Incoming inspection of Machines & Speed Governors- Visual inspection and verification of part as per Test certificate & challan, recording of Serial no, make and rating of machine and governor in inspection report

  3. Incoming inspection of Wire rope - Visual inspection, verification of batch no, test certificate and recording of observations in inspection report

  4. Incoming inspection of Light curtain- Visual inspection, recording of serial no, make etc. in inspection report.

  5. Daily updating NCR board to be updated on daily basis and weekly report to be submitted to MSA with action plan

  6. Incoming inspection of Machining parts & Pulley's- Physical verification, dimensional check, review of test certificate and recording observation in inspection report

  7. Preparing packing list and PDI.

  8. Recording of Field complaints and timely closing of Customer complaints - Accepting / Denying the NCR, if accepted containment action to be closed on same day or max second day. RCA & CA from team and submission to MSA in 7 working days. Displaying Quality alert in respective areas.

  9. Site visit if required to understand any technical issue.

Approval to be given consolidated list for material recordings as well as dispatch.
