Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in New Delhi for a Job Title role. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day investment activities, conducting market and property research, underwriting and acquiring new assets, and developing strategies to maximize asset value. The individual will also be involved in analyzing market trends, preparing reports, performing due diligence, and working closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Investment Management, Financial Analysis, and Asset Management
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong skills in Underwriting, Property Acquisition, and Transaction Management
  • Excellent Communication, Team Collaboration, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in New Delhi
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or similar are a plus
