Job Role : Tech Lead EPM (PCMCS).

Job Location : Remote.

Job Type : Contract.

Role Summary :

Looking for a dedicated and experienced PCMCS Technical Architect / Lead Developer to design, develop, configure, maintain, extend applications and implement projects / CRs based on the PCMCS capabilities in accordance with development and project management methodologies and practices.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Ability to build allocation logics in PCMCS with extensive knowledge.

- Support by delivering PCMCS technical expertise.

- Support by delivering PCMCS with multiple source systems.

- Customize and Deploy PCMCS as per business requirements.

- Experience working with end users throughout various parts of implementation lifecycle.

- Proactive with Solution oriented mindset.

- Leads technical sessions on change requirements and documents it.

- Identify the business and technical implications related to change request and present it to ES leadership.

- Perform required configurational changes, development, integration changes to meet specific business requirements / Change requests.

- Collaborates with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to extend the capabilities of PCMCS.

- Calculate development efforts, timelines and consult with Manager.

- Develops and documents technical documentation.

- Collaborates with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to extend the capabilities of the PCMCS Module.

- Provides technical expertise in establishing processes and procedures to ensure standards are followed.

- Monitor and identify any tickets in breach of contractual obligations, escalating where appropriate.

- Accurately logs, process and tracks incidents/requests tickets from identification through resolution; engages other service desk resources or appropriate service resources to resolve incidents that are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibility.

- Creates a positive customer support experience and builds strong relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress, and handling end users with a consummately professional attitude i. single point of contact.

- Maintains high levels standards and maximizes speed of resolutions to improve end user satisfaction.

- Good team player and pro-active in work.

- Adheres to and supports organization standards, policies, and procedures.

- Maintains and protects confidentiality regarding all aspects of patient care and employee information.

- Available for 24 by 7 support as necessary.

- Available for periodic off-hours work required including weekends and holidays.

Experience :

Project implementations in PCMCS or Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management (on premise ML).

- Good knowledge about functional aspects of the allocation process.

- Developed allocations across PCMCS business dimensions.

- Worked in designing multi-step allocations and metadata design in PCMCS.

- Experience working on Data loads and extracts to/from PCMCS application using Data Management.

- Independently provided system solutions to PCMCS issues and enhancements; acted as an escalation point to FAST support/Operation team for complex issues.

- Performed functional and technical testing of system projects, bug fixes and enhancements.

- Written PCMCS allocations / custom Rules / ASO Formulas and should have insight about how to Trace Allocations and use Rule Balancing and Data Grant features.

- Written PCMCS allocation rules for deriving calculated drivers.

- Knowledge on Activity Based Costing.

- Ability to participate in prioritizing system issues for development team and participate in regular calls with development team to keep track of progress.

- Ability to independently identify areas of improvement and makes recommendations.

- Strong understanding of monthly close process.

- Proficient in building and extending metadata functionalities.

- Maintaining end-to-end accountability and expectations for customer satisfaction.

- Adopt a proactive, logical and organized approach to problem resolution.

- Proven ability to provide project / development estimates and lead technical teams to consistently meet commitments.

- Proven ability to partner with quality assurance teams to develop and execute automated testing scenarios to support end-user and performance-based testing.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to partner with stakeholders inside and outside of IS as well as vendors and other external entities.

- Ability to work independently with minimal direction, is a self-starter with strong initiative, and ability to manage/execute workload to deliver high quality results.
