Role Description

We're looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team in Kozhikode — someone curious, creative, and eager to learn how modern marketing blends human emotion with intelligent systems.

You'll dive into market research, campaign strategy, and content creation, while also helping us explore how relevance engineering can make our outreach smarter and more personal. From supporting our marketing team to analyzing audience data, you'll help shape how Diwalco connects with the world.

Your day-to-day might include:

Researching markets and uncovering audience insights

Assisting in crafting campaigns that feel personal and purposeful

Creating content that tells real stories and resonates deeply

Helping refine our internal relevance engine — ensuring every message is timely, relevant, and human

Supporting customer engagement and community-building efforts

Qualifications

Strong communication and storytelling instincts

A curiosity for data, behavior, and what makes people connect

Understanding of marketing strategy, sales, and customer experience

Interest in relevance engineering — personalization, audience mapping, and smart engagement

Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment

Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

No formal degree required — if you've taken marketing courses, built something on your own, or are just deeply passionate about marketing and digital storytelling, we want to hear from you

Prior marketing or creative experience is a plus, not a must
