Our global footprint of nearly 2,000 data scientists and analysts assist client organizations with complex risk minimization methods, advanced marketing, pricing and CRM strategies, internal cost analysis, and cost and resource optimization within the organization. ;EXL Analytics serves the insurance, healthcare, banking, capital markets, utilities, retail and e-commerce, travel, transportation, and logistics industries. ;Please visit ; ;for more information about EXL Analytics. ;Role and Responsibilities Overview: ;Collaborate with the Pricing Team to develop pricing strategies and models for our P&C insurance products, with a focus on admitted business.Analyze large datasets to evaluate risks and assess pricing adequacy.Conduct research and perform competitive analysis to stay updated with market trends and regulatory changes.Assist in the development and implementation of pricing programs, including rate reviews and filings.Prepare and present actuarial findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.Calculate indicated rate, project losses to ultimate using various methodologies, trend analysis etc.Collaborate with underwriters, product managers, and other departments to ensure pricing strategies align with business goals.Provide support in the development of pricing tools, models, and other analytical tools to streamline pricing processes.Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of pricing strategies and make recommendations for improvements.Stay updated with industry best practices and developments in actuarial methodologies and techniques. ;Candidate Profile: ;Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, economics, mathematics, actuarial sciences, statistics.Affiliation to IAI or IFOA, with 2-6 CT actuarial exams will be an added advantage2-5 years Actuarial experience in the P&C insurance industry.Strong pricing experience including filings and filings support.Advanced skills in Excel, VBA, SAS, and other relevant tools for data analysis and modeling.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and make data-driven decisions.Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex actuarial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ;What we offer: ;EXL Analytics offers an exciting, fast paced, and innovative environment, which brings together a group of sharp and entrepreneurial professionals who are eager to influence business decisions.
