Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior C++ Developer with 6-9 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a master of the C++ language and its standard libraries, with a deep understanding of security best practices and hands-on experience with InstallShield for software deployment.

You will be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, secure, and robust software solutions. This role requires not only strong technical skills but also a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks throughout the software development lifecycle.

About the role :

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using C++ with a focus on high performance and reliability.

• Utilize C++11 and later standards to write clean, efficient, and modern code.

• Design and implement professional software installers using InstallShield to ensure seamless and secure product deployment.

• Integrate security protocols and best practices into the software architecture and development process.

• Conduct code reviews and perform rigorous debugging and testing to ensure the highest quality and security standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver innovative solutions.

• Manage source code and projects using Git and Jira.

• Utilize development environments such as Microsoft Visual Studio and Eclipse for day-to-day work.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth and knowledge sharing.

About you :

• 6+ years of professional experience in C++ development.

• Expertise in modern C++ (C++11, STL), including deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

• Hands-on experience with InstallShield for creating software installers.

• Strong understanding of security principles, including cryptography, secure coding practices, and vulnerability analysis.

• Proficiency with various operating systems, including Windows and Linux.

• Extensive experience with version control systems, specifically Git, and project management tools like Jira.

• Familiarity with IDEs such as Microsoft Visual Studio and Eclipse.

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Certification in C/C++ or other relevant fields.

• Experience in cyber security/email security

• Knowledge of network security protocols.

• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment
