Job Purpose

The Java Developer role exists to design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions that drive the company's technology initiatives, enabling efficient product delivery and supporting business growthDuties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java applications following best practices.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather and refine requirements.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with proper documentation.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.

• Participate actively in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.

• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Integrate with databases using ORM frameworks such as Hibernate.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects as appropriate.

• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver iterative improvements.Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• 4-5 years of professional experience in Java development.

• Strong expertise in Core Java, including Java 8+ features (Streams, Lambdas, Concurrency).
