Job Description
The role is responsible for CAD Design and develop construction drawings for construction, modification and equipment installations &

managing customer queries and operations. This is an operational role that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes,

Responsibilities

  • Strong skills in AutoCAD & CAD drafting (AutoCAD, MicroStation)
  • Understanding of telecom network architecture (fiber, copper, wireless, Tower structures)
  • Create detailed CAD drawings for RAN, fiber optic networks, FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home), and enterprise access networks
  • Incorporate survey data, redlines, and as-built information into CAD designs.
  • Familiarity with permitting processes and civil engineering basics along with German language skills
  • Ability to interpret field notes and integrate them into design
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported, solving their problems through by providing resolution.
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, identifying solutions to resolve system/application issues.
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Ensure SLA are achieved & work proactively to maintain the same.
