Salesforce Capability, Architecture & Enablement Lead

Purpose:

Build and govern the Salesforce delivery capability — ensuring strong architectural standards,

scalable team skills, and readiness to deliver across Salesforce clouds and emerging platform

areas.

Key Responsibility Areas

Strategic Leadership & Practice Growth

  • Track the Salesforce ecosystem roadmap (GenAI/Einstein, Data Cloud, Industries,

Hyperforce) and guide capability investments.

  • Build relationships with Salesforce Partner Success Managers and COE (Center of

  • Maintain a Salesforce Skills Inventory and Capability Matrix across roles,

Platform, Industries).

  • Forecast demand based on pipeline and Salesforce product roadmap; identify

capability gaps and plan new hires or reskilling accordingly.

  • Define target skill mix across developers, consultants, solution architects, technical
