**Job Description:**

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Female Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students achieve their academic and personal goals. The counsellor will provide guidance and support to students, helping them navigate academic challenges, personal issues, and career planning.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students.

• Assist students in understanding and overcoming social, behavioral, or academic problems.

• Develop and implement educational and career plans.

• Conduct workshops and seminars on topics such as stress management, study skills, and career planning.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of counselling sessions.

• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success.

• Act as a liaison between students, parents, and faculty.

**Qualifications:**

• Graduation in Any field.

• Prior experience in student counselling or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Empathetic and non-judgmental attitude.

• Female candidates only.
