Technical Field Advisor Renewable Energy

Job Description:

Provides on-site technical expertise and guidance during installation, commissioning, and maintenance of renewable energy systems. Acts as a bridge between engineering teams and field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support installation and commissioning of solar/wind systems
  • Provide technical training and guidance to field teams
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and escalate as needed
  • Ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards
  • Conduct site audits and performance assessments
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams for technical resolutions
  • Document field observations and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

  • B.E./BTech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy
  • 5+ years of field experience in renewable energy projects

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of solar PV, wind turbines, and hybrid systems
  • Technical documentation and reporting
  • Communication and stakeholder coordination
  • Problem-solving and hands-on troubleshooting
