  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients or students.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Provide feedback to the team leader on customer needs, competitive activities, and process improvement.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, program details, and organizational policies.
