The
Senior Business Developer
will be responsible for
end-to-end sales cycle management
— from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue, established networks in target geographies, and the ability to start generating business
from the very first month
.

This is a high-impact, performance-driven role that requires strong market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and the ability to open doors through multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Market Development:
    Focus on US, European, or MENA markets to generate high-value leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
  • Lead Generation & Networking:
    Leverage
    LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lem List, Zoom
    and other tools to identify, connect, and engage with prospects.
  • End-to-End Sales Ownership:
    Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Industry Targeting:
    Approach and close deals specifically within
    IT services, software development, mobile apps, AI automation, and digital marketing
    sectors.
  • Channel Expansion:
    Identify and develop multiple revenue streams including inbound, outbound, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activities, and present periodic performance reports.
  • Immediate Results:
    Expected to initiate qualified conversations and deliver measurable sales results from
    month one
    .

Qualifications

  • Proven Track Record:
    Minimum
    5+ years
    of business development experience in
    IT services/web agency/software development/digital marketing
    industries.
  • International Market Expertise:
    Strong background in selling to
    US, European, or MENA
    clients.
  • Existing Network:
    Pre-established connections and relationships in target geographies.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Proficiency in
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lame List, Zoom
    , and other prospecting and sales enablement tools.
  • Sales Excellence:
    Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills:
    Exceptional verbal and written communication in English; persuasive presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Go-Getter Attitude:
    Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in closing
    high-ticket B2B deals
    in the tech sector.
  • Understanding of
    software development life cycle (SDLC)
    , AI automation, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Familiarity with proposal writing, RFP/RFQ responses, and international business etiquette.
