HR Process Manager
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the process improvement design using Lean tools and Six Sigma methodologies Analyze data to identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and workshops to drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align process improvement projects with strategic goals.
  • Implement process changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operation
  • Maintains process documentation
  • Acting as a liaison between different departments for process alignment and implementation
  • Evaluating the impact of process changes Prepare detailed project reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Required Profile

  • At the least 5 years of experience in process improvement or related roles.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Lean tools, such as Value Stream Mapping and 5S.
  • Experience in HR will be an advantage
  • Understanding of Human Resources processes and of their value for the enterprise
  • Prince 2 or othe relevant project management certification is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills
