in Compensation and Benefits & Performance Management System
• Bachelor's (engg preferable) & Master's Degree in Human Resources / HRM / related fields

Compensation & Benefits
•
Administer compensation structures, salary reviews, and benefits programs in line with company policies.
• Support annual compensation cycles (increments, promotions, bonus payouts) and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain accurate employee compensation data in HR systems and generate MIS reports for management.
• Assist in benchmarking exercises and market surveys to ensure competitive pay practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and compensation policies.
Performance Management System
•
Facilitate annual and mid-year performance review cycles in MyZone or relevant HR platforms.
• Ensure timely Goal setting and alignment between employees and managers.
• Maintain and update performance data, dashboards, and reports for leadership review.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to address performance-related queries and ensure process compliance
