Shift: Night Shift

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Support Executive to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java and the ability to provide effective technical assistance to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to clients and troubleshoot software/system issues.

Collaborate with the development and QA teams to identify, debug, and resolve problems.

Monitor system performance and ensure timely issue resolution.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation and support manuals.

Learn and adapt quickly to new tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java).

Good understanding database concepts.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in development or technical support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
