  • Prepare, review, and compile tender documents including technical proposals, financial bids, BOQs, and supporting certificates.
  • Draft and issue official letters, notices, and correspondences to clients, consultants, and government departments.
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing and documentation system (both hard and soft copies) for tenders, drawings, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with various departments (technical, procurement, accounts, site teams) to collect and verify data for tender preparation.
  • Review tender notices and eligibility criteria, ensuring all required documents are complete and compliant before submission.
  • Track tender announcements, submission deadlines, and clarification queries through government and private portals.
  • Assist in preparing pre-bid queries, negotiation letters, and justification letters as required.
  • Maintain an updated database of submitted tenders, awarded projects, and documentation records.
  • Support the management team in preparing progress reports, project summaries, and documentation for audits.
