About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Parcel Packing Executive to join our operations team in Vadodara. The role involves preparing, packing, labelling, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all parcels reach customers in good condition and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders in accordance with packing guidelines.
  • Ensure correct product quantity, quality, and packaging materials for each order.
  • Seal, label, and organise parcels for dispatch.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the packing area.
  • Work with the logistics team to hand over parcels to courier partners on time.
  • Use basic systems (mobile/desktop) to update order status, tracking labels, etc.
  • Report stock shortages or packing material shortages to the supervisor.
  • Follow safe handling and packing standards to avoid damage during transit.
  • Assist in inventory counting and warehouse management when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass; graduates welcomed.
  • Prior experience in packing, warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfilment is preferred.
  • Ability to work with speed and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of computers or Android phone operations.
  • Good physical stamina to stand and work for long hours.
  • Attention to detail and strong work discipline.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Shift timing: 2 PM - 7 PM

Job Type: Part-time
