Company Overview:
Zigsaw is a leading company in the None industry, specializing in providing efficient and secure infrastructure for running games. We are currently seeking an experienced AWS Architect to join our DevOps team, responsible for building and managing a scalable and secure infrastructure.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Good knowledge of Cloud technology, different patterns, deployment methods, and application compatibility.
  • Understand and articulate the different functions within AWS and design appropriate solutions, HLD (High-level design), and LLD (Low-level design).
  • Provide AWS operations and deployment guidance and best practices throughout the project lifecycle and all environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of major AWS technologies and associated components and variations.
  • Deliver results on schedule and take ownership of one or more components of the platform.
  • Improve efficiency, scalability, stability, and security of the system.
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Availability during off-office hours when needed.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of creating VPC, Subnets, Peering, Elastic IPs, AMIs, EBS, S3, Multi-region replication, EFS, Load balancers, Auto-scaling, NAT Instance and NAT Gateway, Internet Gateway, Customer gateway, Virtual Private Gateways, Route53 Security components, Key pair, security groups, ACL, IAM, Directory Service, Certificate Manager, AWS SSO, KMS, and Parameter store.
  • Must have good networking knowledge, including VPC, subnet, subnet masking, Elastic IPs, route tables, routing, access control list, NAT, and port address translation.
  • Experience with AWS RDS Aurora with MySQL Server and DocumentDB.
  • Understanding of monitoring metrics and ability to take necessary corrective measures and place alerts/alarms based on thresholds.
  • Experience with AWS CloudWatch, Lambda, API Gateways, SNS, and SQS.
  • Good to have experience with AWS ElastiCache using Redis and AWS MSK.
  • Experience in architecting hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Good knowledge of AWS APIs for task automation.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with support personnel and management for providing documentation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.
