Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled FinTech Engineer to design and develop secure, scalable, and innovative financial technology solutions. You will work on building high-performance applications and platforms for digital payments, banking services, and next-generation financial products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy secure and scalable fintech applications.

- Integrate payment gateways, financial systems, and third-party APIs.

- Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive financial data.

- Work with blockchain or distributed ledger technologies for financial solutions.

- Build and optimize data analytics pipelines for real-time financial insights.

- Collaborate with product, security, and data science teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and security issues.

Primary Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in financial systems development and integration.

- Expertise in payment gateways and transactional systems.

- Solid understanding of data security, encryption, and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS).

- Hands-on experience with blockchain technologies (Ethereum/Hyperledger preferred).

- Strong skills in data analytics, SQL/NoSQL databases, and real-time data processing.

- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, ).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Preferred Attributes :

- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

- Experience in building high-availability, low-latency financial applications.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
