Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team in Kochi. This is a hybrid role that allows the flexibility of working from home combined with periodic in-office collaboration. You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA testers to deliver full-stack solutions.
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code with attention to performance, scalability, and security.
  • Integrate front-end and back-end components efficiently.
  • Work with databases, RESTful APIs, and third-party libraries/services.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack.
  • Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in full-stack development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in full-stack web development with MERN.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ES6+ standards.
  • Strong experience in:
  • with hooks and functional components.
  • and for server-side development.
  • MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Docker or container-based deployments.
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
