: SFDC Developer (Agentforce & Data Cloud)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SFDC Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Agentforce and Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, optimize, and deploy AI-driven Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain Agentforce solutions including permissions, templates, and Agentforce Builder.

  • Develop AI-enabled organizational features using AI Agents and Agent Studio.

  • Create and manage building blocks of agents: Topics, Instructions, and Actions.

  • Develop custom agent actions using Flow and Apex.

  • Deploy and manage service agents on Community Sites.

  • Configure and manage Data Cloud features including permissions and Data Library.

  • Work with prompt templates and Prompt Builder for AI-based automations.

  • Set up Einstein Service Replies for Email & Chat.

  • Implement Einstein AI-generated search answers.

  • Integrate skill-based routing, case transfers, and Omni-Channel routing priority.

  • Configure Email-to-Case using prompt templates.

  • Manage Data Cloud lifecycle including ingestion, normalization, and modeling.

  • Work with Data Spaces, Data Source Objects, Data Lake Objects, and Data Models.

  • Utilize Ingestion API and Query API to manage large datasets.

  • Map user data and configure data pipelines for AI agents.

  • Enable Agentforce in VS Code and support development workflows.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Flows, LWC preferred).

  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Agent Studio, and AI Agent configurations.

  • Good understanding of Atlas Reasoning Engine and Einstein Trust Layer.

  • Experience with Data Cloud concepts: ingestion, harmonization, modeling, and querying.

  • Ability to work with APIs including Ingestion API & Query API.

  • Knowledge of Omni-Channel configurations and service automation.

  • Experience deploying AI Service Agents to digital experiences.

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Salesforce certifications related to AI, Agentforce, or Data Cloud.

  • Experience with LWC and advanced Apex development.

    • Experience in service-based Salesforce implementations.
