Job Overview

As a Business Development Manager at SureTaas Digital Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and inbound inquiries.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients in line with company goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships to understand and address their needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  • Proposal & Presentation: Prepare and present compelling proposals and RFP responses to potential clients.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and provide regular pipeline forecasts.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work with marketing, product, and delivery teams for successful sales strategy execution.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and identifying upselling opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Graduates/PGDBA/PGDM/MBA or equivalent with good grades.

1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the IT, digital services, or technology sector.

Strong understanding of digital services, technology solutions, and industry trends.

Proven track record of generating leads, closing sales, and meeting/exceeding targets.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office suite.
