Role & responsibilities
Analysis & Design of Buildings (Control room buildings, Residential, Public etc...) by Staad Pro & Excel template.
Analysis and Design of substation Towers & Girders using Staad Pro & Excel template.
Design of superstructure (Lattice & Pipe) & substructure (Shallow Isolated, combined, raft, block footing) for Equipments used in Substations.
Design of substructure for Transformer & Reactors.
Preparation of Civil & Structural Bill of quantities (BOQ) for tendering purpose.
Checking & Correcting the Super & Substructure drawings for Tower, Girder, Buildings, Equipments, Fence & Gate.
Transmission line tower design & Foundation design using PLS Tower & Excel template.
Transmission line tower Sag & Tension calculation preparation.
Participate in planning, scheduling, the scope of engineering for the project and finalize technical requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proficient in PLS TOWER/PLS CADD/PLS POLE /STAAD Pro /.
- AutoCAD / RebarCAD for detailing.
- MS Excel (design spreadsheets), MS Word, PDF markup tools.
- Strong understanding of soil-structure interaction and foundation design methodologies.
