We are inviting applications for an
elite trainee role
—for those who live and breathe Python, dream in algorithms, and aspire to build AI that changes lives.

This is
not
an entry-level internship. You'll be working on
real-world, production-grade systems
that blend neuroscience, psychology, and data science.

What You'll Work On

  • Designing and implementing
    novel algorithms
    for physiological signal analysis, mental-health inference, and cognitive modelling.
  • Building scalable
    data pipelines
    for multimodal datasets (time-series, biosignals, behavioural logs).
  • Optimizing
    machine learning workflows
    using AWS (Lambda, SageMaker, S3, EC2) and containerized environments.
  • Contributing to internal R&D projects—prototype, test, and benchmark algorithmic models for detection, prediction, and personalization.
  • Collaborating with psychologists and neuroscientists to translate models into interpretable metrics.
  • Applying modern analytics tools for feature engineering, correlation analysis, and explainable AI.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong command of Python
    , with demonstrable experience in algorithmic programming, OOP design, and data-intensive workflows.
  • Deep familiarity with
    NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, matplotlib/Plotly
    , and model-optimization techniques.
  • Ability to design, validate, and optimize
    custom algorithms
    (signal processing, statistical models, ML pipelines).
  • AWS expertise
    – hands-on with SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3 and deployment pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of
    analytics tools
    (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker or Plotly Dash for custom dashboards).
  • Exposure to
    MLOps / DevOps workflows
    , version control (Git), and collaborative R&D projects.
  • Intellectual curiosity about
    AI for mental health
    , neuroscience, and affective computing.

Bonus Points For

  • Previous work on
    biosignals / time-series / physiological data
    (e.g., EDA, HRV, EEG, PPG).
  • Experience developing and deploying
    microservices
    or
    Python APIs
    .
  • Familiarity with
    mathematical modelling
    , optimization or advanced data structures.
  • Contributions to GitHub or Kaggle in AI/ML projects.
