Job description

  • Lead and manage overall site construction activities for a Green Hydrogen and Ammonia plant, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, PIDs, and project specifications to plan construction activities and manage contractors.
  • Coordinate with EPC contractors, project consultants, and client representatives for smooth project execution.
  • Develop and track project timelines, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions for schedule adherence and quality compliance.
  • Supervise site teams, implement safety protocols, and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
  • Oversee commissioning and handover activities, collaborating with operations, QA/QC, and safety teams.
  • Prepare progress reports, resolve site issues, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
  • Requirements: Bachelors in Engineering (preferably Chemical/Mechanical/Civil), 10+ years experience in industrial plant construction, preferably Green Hydrogen/Ammonia/EPC projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills required.
