Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2) technical support for network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and LAN/WAN connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues using various tools such as ping, traceroute, MRTG, and Wireshark.
  • Configure and troubleshoot IP addressing schemes, subnetting concepts like VLANs and routing protocols like OSPF and EIGRP.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve high-priority incidents within SLA targets.
