Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end ERP implementations and support projects. The ideal candidate should have deep functional knowledge of NetSuite modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Order-to-Cash, P2P), with strong experience in client-facing roles, solution design, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations and upgrades
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions
  • Configure and customize NetSuite modules as per business needs
  • Conduct system testing, UAT, and end-user training
  • Provide post-implementation support and enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical consultants, and clients
  • Create documentation including process flows, user manuals, and SOPs

Candidate Requirements:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Associate
  • Strong functional knowledge of core NetSuite modules: Finance, SCM, and CRM
  • Proven track record in multiple NetSuite implementations, including with global clients
  • Over 10 years of experience in ERP financial modules or core accounting, preferably with a CA background/ B.Com / M.Com
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • NetSuite certification is a strong plus
