Position: Admission Counselor
Location: Marathahalli
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student walk-ins, calls, and enquiries regarding courses and admissions.
- Provide detailed counselling about courses, fees, eligibility, career prospects, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with potential leads through calls, messages, and emails to achieve admission targets.
- Maintain student records, enquiry logs, and follow-up sheets accurately.
- Assist students in completing admission formalities and documentation.
- Coordinate with academic and admin departments for smooth onboarding of students.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities when required.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to overall center growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ( Kannada language is mandatory)
- Prior experience in counselling or customer service is an added advantage.
