Position Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving revenue growth and increasing market share through the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our products/services to target audiences. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and customer service.
- Collaborate and Create compelling marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions to support sales efforts.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals and achieve sales quotas.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and build professional relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably in [industry/sector].
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Oodo, HubSpot, Zoho) will be valued.
- Proficiency in English (compulsory) and other languages
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and conferences.
