Job Description :

QUALIFICATION:

B.E

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 3D modeling of suspension parts.
  • 2D drawing preparation.
  • Stack-up tolerance in mechanical joints (bolts and welding etc.)
  • 2D and 3D kinematic design
  • New Concept design support
  • Field Benchmarking of suspension parts and mechanical joint design support.
  • Report preparation and Field Validation support.

SKILL

  • 3D CAD- Creo software: 3D modeling, 2D drawings, 3D kinematics, FEA-Stress analysis, etc.,
  • GD&T (Geometric and Dimensional Tolerance)
  • Analytical skill - Mechanical Elements design.
  • Basic PLM knowledge

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 0 to 1 years of experience in 3D modeling of mechanical parts, especially in Automotive industry
  • Knowledge of mechanical part design: Mechanical machinery parts, Automotive industry etc.,
