  • Food preparation: Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for various dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Cooking: Assist in cooking and presenting dishes, often specializing in a particular cuisine like South Indian, Asian, or pastry.
  • Hygiene and safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all food safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Stock and inventory: Assist with managing inventory, receiving supplies, and ensuring proper food storage.
  • Teamwork: Support senior chefs (like the Chef de Partie) and work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Equipment management: Learn to safely use and operate common kitchen equipment and report any malfunctions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
