The job will require extensive traveling so having a Valid Passport is mandatory . Must be willing to travel within India and abroad whenever required. The person should have Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and workflows .

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prior 2 years work experience of software solution implementation is must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients effectively
• Willingness to travel to various locations for on-site implementation and support.
• Working knowledge of SQL is must
• Enforce successful implementations of the software solutions to our clients.
• Escalates and mitigates client installation issues.
• Impart the orientation training for the proper usage of the technical solutions to the users
• Serve as a primary contact for client installation process.
• Proving software support as per the client's requirement.
• Immediate joiners preferred .
• hand on working with the ticketing tool.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• BCA/MCA/BTECH/BSC with minimum 1-year diploma in Computer Science
• BCOM with minimum 1-year diploma in Computer Science
• The candidate should be independently capable of handing clients with excellent positive approach and communication.
• Mandotary prior 2 year working exp with ERP implementation is needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
