Description
The Core Platform Engineering team at Icertis is on a mission to build the world's most advanced and scalable SaaS platform. We are seeking a Senior Manager - Technical Program Management to lead and guide complex, cross-functional projects. This role will drive the successful delivery of our key strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of complex programs involving multiple teams and technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, QA, design, and business stakeholders.
  • Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with company goals.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, reviews, and stakeholder updates.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices in Agile/Scrum/Scaled Agile delivery.
  • Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and metrics for transparency and governance.
  • Influence engineering and product roadmaps through data-driven insights and delivery impact.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program/project management, preferably in a product/engineering-heavy environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, and system architecture.
  • Proven track record of delivering technical programs on time and within scope.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
