About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Backend / Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, MongoDB, and RESTful API design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing scalable backend systems and solutions that ensure high performance, reliability, and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable backend architectures using Python and FastAPI.
  • Create and manage RESTful APIs to support modern web and mobile applications.
  • Work with MongoDB for database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and efficient solutions.
  • Ensure system scalability, maintainability, and performance through sound architectural decisions.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development and solution architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and MongoDB.
  • Deep understanding of REST API standards and best practices.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining production-grade systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,900, ₹2,200,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
