Job Title: Project Coordinator / Project Management Associate

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Location: Visakhapatnam (Work from Office)

Work Timing: 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to assist in managing day-to-day project activities, tracking deliverables, and maintaining performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and a positive, can-do attitude.

This role involves close coordination with the project lead and team members to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project management activities including task tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Monitor deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain and update project metrics, dashboards, and reports using Excel.
  • Assist in preparing project status reports, presentations, and communication materials.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect data and track progress.
  • Identify and highlight potential risks or delays proactively.
  • Perform any additional administrative or analytical tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 57 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas, etc.).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player with a willingness to learn.
