Job Description: Plant Health Expert / Crop Advisor

Location: Noida

Experience: Minimum 0-6 years in Agronomy, Plant Science, or Crop Diagnostics

Position Overview

The role provides expert support in diagnosing plant health issues, recommending effective treatments, and advising on crop responses to our product. The position requires strong agronomy knowledge, hands-on field experience, and the ability to work closely with technical and farmer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose plant health issues using field data, images, and on-site assessments.
  • Recommend appropriate organic and chemical treatments along with preventive measures.
  • Evaluate and advise how the company's product impacts various crops.
  • Review and validate AI-generated predictions; provide structured feedback to the tech team.
  • Collaborate with agronomists, developers, and farmer support teams to ensure accurate and actionable recommendations.
  • Support farmer training programs, field demonstrations, and crop trials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of plant health, diseases, pests, and nutrient disorders.
  • Proven experience in crop monitoring, field diagnostics, and treatment planning.
  • Ability to recommend integrated pest and disease management solutions (organic and chemical).
  • Familiarity with mobile applications and digital agriculture tools.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
