Job Opportunity: Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice Process)

Location: Work from Office (Chennai) Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate

Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 day rotational off

Shift Timings:

  • Male Candidates: 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Female Candidates: Rotational day shifts (any 9-hour login between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To handle emails with professionalism and empathy.
  • Demonstrate Strong communication & Writtrn and interpersonal skills while resolving customer queries.
  • Maintain high levels of patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English with a neutral Indian accent.
  • Strong active listening and probing skills.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to remain calm and diplomatic in customer interactions.
  • Attention= to detail and a customer-first mindset.

Salary Range (Based on Experience):

  • Tamil & English : 2,20,000 to 3,40,000 per annum
