Job Summary

We are hiring an energetic Shift Controller to manage daily warehouse operations for our B2B division.

The ideal candidate will oversee inbound and outbound activities, monitor team performance, and ensure smooth and timely order dispatch in coordination with the logistics and inventory teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations during assigned shifts.
  • Lead and monitor teams of pickers, loaders, and dispatch staff to achieve productivity targets.
  • Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per service level agreements (SLA).
  • Coordinate with inventory, transport, and accounts teams for seamless operations.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee shift documentation.
  • Track shift performance metrics and prepare daily operational reports.
  • Implement safety and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (B2B experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead teams and handle shift operations independently.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and MS Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts (Day/Night).
