We're Hiring: Customer Support Associate International Voice Process

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Rotational Night Shifts

Role & responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through international voice support
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with a global customer base
  • Accurately document and update customer information

Preferred candidate profile

  • Fluency in English along with technical knowledge (both spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in a customer support and troubleshooting role is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in rotational night shifts
  • Note: BE/BTech/BSc/PG freshers are not eligible
