Laboratory Incharge

We are looking for a highly experienced Laboratory Incharge / Head to oversee overall laboratory operations for Coal, Iron Ore, Coke, and Limestone testing. The candidate must have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and full knowledge of NABL & ISO 17025 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire laboratory team and daily operations
• Supervise testing activities for Coal, Iron Ore, Coke, Limestone, etc.
• Ensure accuracy, quality control, and method compliance
• Review and approve technical documents and test reports
• Manage equipment, calibration schedules, and testing records
• Implement, monitor, and update ISO/IEC 17025 procedures
• Handle NABL audits, document preparation, and audit coordination
• Manage NC (Non-Conformity) compliance, corrective & preventive actions
• Operate and update the NABL portal, including documentation and application handling
• Train staff, ensure discipline, safety, and smooth workflow
• Communicate with management and clients for technical discussions

Requirements

• 15+ years experience in Coal/Iron testing laboratory
• Strong knowledge of NABL audits, ISO 17025 documentation, NC handling
• Experience in NABL portal operations (applications, uploads, renewals, communication)
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)
• Strong communication skills with English fluency
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
