About the Opportunity:

IndiLogic is expanding its development team

We're looking for
C++ / Qt Software Engineers
(from
mid-level to senior
) to design, develop, and maintain high-performance desktop applications for Windows platforms — working closely with peripheral device firmware and our Austin-based team.

If you love building elegant, reliable applications and enjoy problem-solving in C++/Qt, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust
    C++/Qt-based desktop applications
    for Windows
  • Implement SDKs and communication layers to interface with device firmware
  • Translate firmware specifications into efficient and maintainable code
  • Participate in
    design and code reviews
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Mentor junior team members (for senior-level roles)
  • Contribute to
    architecture and process improvements

What You'll Bring:

  • 2–7 years of professional experience in
    C++ and Qt development
  • Strong knowledge of
    OOP, design patterns, and multithreaded programming
  • Familiarity with
    device communication protocols (USB/HID)
    – a plus
  • Experience with
    Windows APIs
    , event-driven programming, and
    installer scripting (NSIS or similar)
  • Hands-on with
    Git/SVN
    and
    CI/CD
    pipelines
  • Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Exposure to
    Agile/Scrum
    environments
  • Awareness of
    AI-assisted development tools
    (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of
    C#, WPF, or .NET Core
