Your work profile.

As an Assistant Manager in our Cyber: Identity Team, you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

• Contribute to requirements gathering, design documentation by conducting workshops in onsite/offshore delivery model
• Customize, configure and develop IAM solution integrations using requirements and design
• Advanced debugging and troubleshoot issues, including interacting with technology vendors
• Explore new IAM technologies with guidance from team leads
• Raise technical risks and assist in process compliance activities
• Assist with creation and review of technical documents
• Work on IAM strategy engagements (IAM road map, vendor selection, etc.)

Desired qualifications

• More than 4 years of experience with the development of customizations and enhancements to the SailPoint Identity IQ product (Workflows, Lifecycle rules, etc.)
• Deep skills and experience with the design of identity and access management solutions using the SailPoint Identity IQ product
• Deep skills and experience with Java and BeanShell programming
• Experience with the IIQ Governance module and Lifecycle Manager module
• Experience with packaging IIQ changes for deployments using SailPoint SSB framework
• Understanding of Directory Services, i.e., LDAP and AD
• Comfortable working in an AWS/Linux/WAS/Windows environment
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Experience with GIT for development and source code management
• Experience and knowledge of the identity and access management domain
• Experience using DevOps concepts and techniques including SCRUM

• Base location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi
• This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations.
